VINYL RECORD SALES HAVE INCREASED BY A MASSIVE 51.3%. IS THIS A GOOD THING?

We have watched vinyl record sales increase year on year for 14 years BUT yesterday was a record breaker. Global sales increased by a massive 51.3%. What does this mean for the environment?
