Shipping policy
We are a small independent company and do not have the resources to provide free shipping or next day delivery.
BUT if you are placing an order for a Birthday or other special occasion and need us to deliver by a particular date, please hit the chat button or email us at info@vinyl-revolution.com to let us know and we will do all that we can to help you.
DESPATCH AND SHIPPING TIMES
We will process and despatch all orders within a maximum of 72 hours from order.
All deliveries will be Tracked and sent Express and you will receive notifications every step of the way.
All our products are either sent from the UK or France and usually arrive in the UK and Mainland Europe within 3-5 days . So please allow about one week from order to delivery.
Please expect deliveries to countries outside of the UK and Europe to take longer.
Delays may occasionally be caused by events outside of our control (such as border customs delays, Covid related restrictions or natural disasters) for which we cannot be held responsible. We will always try to help if problems occur.
TAX AND DUTY ON NAKED RECORD CLUB DELIVERIES
VAT is included within your purchase price and customs duty is not applicable. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
TAX AND DUTY ON UK DELIVERIES
VAT (where applicable) is included within your membership purchase price. Customs duty is not applicable as vinyl records are exempt. Unless you live in the US or other countries where local sales taxes are applied you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
TAX AND DUTY ON DELIVERIES TO EU COUNTRIES RELATING TO ALL PRODUCTS EXCEPT NAKED RECORD CLUB
We are not currently able to pay VAT and international customs duty charges for you (we are hoping to change this soon but Brexit bureaucracy has made this very challenging). You will be charged VAT (value added tax) at your own in-country rate (please see standard VAT rates table below). Any additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
You will also be charged international customs duty if you purchase some products but vinyl records and art prints are exempt (please see international custom duty rates table below). Any additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
The good news is that although we send many of our products from the UK we also send quite a few from France. If you are in an EU country you won’t be charged customs duty on deliveries from France, only from the UK.
