Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange and return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All products must be unused or unworn and all products must be in their original packaging. You’ll also need to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund you will need to provide us with proof that you received your item in a damaged or faulty condition. You’ll also need to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request an exchange or refund, please contact us at info@vinyl-revolution.com and provide us with full reason for your request. If your product is damaged please email us photographs.
If your exchange or return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address and instructions as to how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted.

Damages, faults and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
